Unfortunately, the AT-X 270 AF Pro II lens was the first lens compatible with the new EOS 3 AF system.
Lenses prior to the Pro II will not AF with EOS 3. However, an up grade is available through service department for most of the older lenses.
The AT-X 270 AF, which has the 72 mm filter size is compatible with Canon cameras A2 and older We hope this information is helpful.
